Potential fraud warning.
We have an problem with our Polish client LM Tech Sp z o.o. We're working with them since Oct 2015, from Q1’Y16 thay got credit for 50K,€. At August they got over 1day 120K of credit, they paid only half in August and up to 03.11.2016 they still have our 11740 EUR (since 22.08).
Main issue is that theres no contact to owner Marcin Lepianka (no picking phone), and very bad contact to his salesman Rafal Widerak. There’s no chance to prepare a road map out of this debt. We send them message by IPT, Handelot and GSM B2B managers before "fraud warning” publication - was no effect except empty promises emails - dated around mid of Sept. Debt collection department from Euler Hermes informed us that at the address can not locate the functioning company and they also can't contact with an CEO - Marcin Lepianka.
Be carefulwith these guys.
